Nuvoton M433 Series: High-Performance and Cost-Effective M4 Core MCU

Nuvoton Technology has released the M433 CAN/USB series microcontroller, featuring a multifunctional and cost-effective M4 core. This series is widely applied in various scenarios, including motor control, gateways, Battery Management Systems (BMS), portable inverter power supplies, and sensor control.

 

M433 Series Features and Selection:

The NuMicro® M433 CAN/USB FS series is a 32-bit microcontroller equipped with an Arm® Cortex®-M4F core, supporting DSP instructions and a Floating Point Unit (FPU). It comes with 128 KB eFLASH and 64 KB SRAM and supports hardware parity check.

Operating at a frequency of up to 144 MHz, the M433 series supports a wide voltage range from 1.7 V to 3.6 V. It also offers an extended operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C.

The M433 series provides rich interface resources, including two CAN interfaces, USB FS with OTG, up to 18 channels of 16-bit PWM, four UARTs, two sets of SPI/I2S, one Quad-SPI, two I²C interfaces, two analog comparators, and up to 16 channels of 12-bit SAR ADC, supporting up to 5M SPS.

The M433 series is available in two package options: LQFP48 and LQFP64 (7x7).

Based on the M433/M483 series, Nuvoton provides development boards and software algorithms for stepper motors and servo three-phase motor control, helping customers quickly complete product designs.
