Chairman Yuan – Mou, Su will temporarily act on behalf of President

Chairman Yuan – Mou, Su will act on behalf of President, which was approved by Nuvoton’s BOD held on November 3, 2021. Due to personal career planning, Mr. Sean Tai will resign President of the company on November 15, 2021.

Mr. Su holds a master degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California. Currently, he is Chairman/CEO of Nuvoton. He joined Winbond in 1990, had sequentially served as the Vice President of the business group and sales center. He has over 30 years of technical and management experience in the professional field. In this regard, there are no significant impacts on the company’s financial and operational performance due to this change.
