Product Marketing Manager
•Develop and implement marketing strategies for battery monitoring analog ICs and fan motor driver ICs in the USA, aligning with business objectives. •Set go-to-market strategies for BIG3 automotive OEMs, Tier 1 battery solution suppliers, and energy storage solution (ESS) customers. •Define product positioning and promotion planning for target segments and customers. •Lead efforts to secure design wins in collaboration with sales and FAEs and build strong relationships with key customers and partners. •Provide sales teams and sales partners with the necessary marketing tools and support to enhance their efforts and meet sales targets. •Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and market trends. •Contribute to set product strategy, roadmap development and product definition for next generation products. •Develop product marketing strategies include pricing, promotion plans, product launch, and product handouts. •Actively drive opportunity funnel growth and conversion to revenue. Meet target revenue goals established by the business group. •Some International travel may be required.
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required. Master’s degree is a plus. •Over 5 years of application experience in the semiconductor industry. • Strong knowledge of automotive/industrial semiconductors is essential. •Experience in analog semiconductors (Battery Monitoring ICs, Motor Driver ICs, etc.) is a plus. •Experience in building semiconductor businesses from the ground up and establishing high-level relationships with semiconductor design teams in automotive/industrial markets is a plus. • Experience in building a business utilizing sales channels. •Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude, capable of working under pressure and as part of a team. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve customer technical issues. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for business operations. •Japanese language proficiency is a plus but not required.

•Support new customer engagements to meet sales objectives and revenue. •Build & enhance relationship with local sales reps & distributors. •Devise promotion strategy on new customer/markets penetration and executing with available resources. •Regular reporting on sales forecasts, business review & business plan. •Additional duties as required.
•BS degree in EE or BA and 10+ years’ semiconductor sales experiences •Sales experience including identifying, promoting, and closing opportunities, as well as proven capabilities to generate long term customer relationships. •Product experience relating to Industrial/Automotive semiconductor is a must. High level relationships with semiconductor design teams in Industrial/Automotive accounts and experience with building from ground up semiconductor business for Industrial/Automotive market is a plus. •Proficient in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint for daily activities and reporting. •Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills •Proactive, positive personality, self-driven, work well under pressure and as a team player. •Willing to travel domestically and internationally. •Mandarin language preficiency is a plus but not required.

•Drive business development and portfolio engagement on High-Speed interface products at Compute segment, including HDMI, USB4 & PCIe. •Coordinate customer design-in project phases from development to execution phase, together with R&D, sales and production planners in Japan & Taiwan •Develop business strategy and marketing activities for key US OEMs & enablers, including product trends, product planning & go-to-market plans in US Market •Maintain strong customer relationship and business engagement for HSIF products at Compute segment, including OEMs/ODMs & key ecosystem enablers
•At least 8-years business development or marketing experience in Compute application and ecosystem, including PC & Server ODMs, OEMs & enablers •Excellent is communication skill and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members in Asia, regular presentations and domestic travels are required •Technical backgrounds would be a plus to better understand Compute systems and customer needs, especially at PC & Server ecosystem

Build strong relationships with key customers and partners. •Provide sales teams and sales partners with the necessary marketing tools and support to enhance their efforts and meet sales targets. •Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and market trends. •Utilize internal resources to set product strategy, roadmap development and product definition for next generation products. •Develop product marketing strategies include pricing, promotion plans, product launch, and product handouts. •Actively drive opportunity funnel growth and conversion to revenue. •In-depth knowledge of TOF/Depth/image sensors and image processing chips. •Over 5 years of experience in related industries (semiconductors, optics, camera technologies, etc.). •Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business related stakeholders. •Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects. •Proven track record of building and maintaining partnerships. •Japanese language proficiency is a plus but not required.
