The W83312SN is a 3A bus termination regulator with bi-directional sinking and sourcing capability. The chip provides a stable power supply which tracks half of input power dynamically for use in DDR Bus termination applications. The W83312SN has a small footprint 8-SOP 150mil power package and provides a high integration, high performance, and cost-effective solution bus termination solution.
