Here, we introduce our latest MCU solution for digital power systems, which fully uses SiC power devices.

    - Built-in high-precision analog reduces external parts
    - Ready to evaluate for industrial power supply unit, such as server PSU, base station and FA power supply

    -  Output: 3kW (48Vdc 62.5A)
    -  Efficiency: 97%
