The NuMicro® M252ZD2AE is a low-power microcontroller based on Arm® Cortex®-M23 core for Armv8-M architecture. It runs up to 48 MHz with 64 Kbytes embedded Flash memory and 12 Kbytes embedded SRAM , 4 Kbytes Flash loader memory ( LDROM ) for In-System Programming ( ISP ) , The 32-bit low-power microcontrollers supports wide supply voltage from 1.8 ~ 5.5 V and operating temperature range from - 40 ℃ ~ + 105 ℃ . The NuMicro® M252ZD2AE behaves low power consumption in Normal Run mode 138 μA / MHz at 48 MHz , Idle mode 60 μA / MHz , power down mode 2.5 μA ( RTC on, RAM retention ) , power down mode 1.7 μA ( RTC off, RAM retention ) and Deep Power-down mode. It’s low power, wide supply voltage and fast wake-up features make it suitable for battery-powered IoT applications. NuMaker-M252SD



The NuMaker-M252SD development board consists of two parts, a M252SD2AE platform and an on-board Nu-Link2-Me debugger and programmer. The NuMaker-M252SD allows users to quickly develop and easily program and debug application. The NuMaker-M252SD offers M252SD2AE full pins extension connectors, Arduino UNO compatible extension connectors and diversified power supply option. It is an easy-to-develop platform for user to expand the functionality and build the applications. The NuMaker-M252SD also provides an ammeter connector, allowing user to monitor the microcontroller’s power consumption during development. The Nu-Link2-Me is a debugger and programmer that supports on-line programming and debugging through SWD interface. The on-board 16 Mbit SPI Flash allows it able to off-line program the target microcontroller. Additionally, the Nu-Link2-Me provides virtual COM port (VCOM) function to print out messages on PC.
