Nuvoton NuMicro M031LD2AE is low-voltage operation MCU based on Arm® Cortex®-M0 core with 32-bit hardware multiplier/divider. Operating frequency up to 48 MHz with 1.8V ~ 3.6V operating voltage, equipped 64 KB Flash and 8 KB SRAM . With its special designed performance such as 2 MSPS ADC , 96 MHz PWM , 24 MHz SPI , 6 MHz UART . It can be applied at industrial control and consumer applications, provide a fast and precise data conversion of the voltage, current and sensor data, and fast response control for the external device, such as the current/voltage feedback from motor control or sensing devices. M031LD2AE also provides plenty of peripherals included up to 1 set Universal Serial Control Interface ( USCI ) , 3 set UART , 1 set SPI /I²S, 2 set I²C , 12-ch 12-bit ADC , 12-ch 16-bit PWM etc. for various application demand. And it can operate over a wide temperature range as - 40°C~ + 105°C. Pin to Pin is compatible in same package for full series Target Application: Laser Distance

The NuMaker-M031SD development board consists of two parts, a M031SD2AE platform and an on-board Nu-Link2-Me debugger and programmer. The NuMaker-M031SD allows users to quickly develop and easily program and debug application. The NuMaker-M031SD offers M031SD2AE full pins extension connectors, Arduino UNO compatible extension connectors and diversified power supply option. It is an easy-to-develop platform for user to expand the functionality and build the applications. The NuMaker-M031SD also provides an ammeter connector, allowing user to monitor the microcontroller’s power consumption during development. The Nu-Link2-Me is a debugger and programmer that supports on-line programming and debugging through SWD interface. The on-board 16 Mbit SPI Flash allows it able to off-line program the target microcontroller. Additionally, the Nu-Link2-Me provides virtual COM port ( VCOM ) function to print out messages on PC.
