新唐 MCU 芯片中目前共有五个系列支持 LCD 驱动功能:N76E616、Nano110/Nano 130、Nano 112、ML54/ML56 以及M254/M256/M258 系列;其中,N76E616 及 ML54/ML56 系列的核心为 8051,Nano110/Nano 130 及 Nano 112 系列的核心为 ARM® Cortex® M0,M254/M256/M258 系列为 ARM® Cortex® M23 的内核。
