Nuvoton Technology introduces the NuMicro® M2A23 series, a microcontroller specifically designed for automotive and industrial applications. It is capable of operating in environments with temperatures up to 125°C and features up to three CAN FD interfaces. The M2A23 series represents a significant breakthrough in product stability and performance, with processing speeds nearly doubled compared to NuMicro® M0A23 series, the previous generation, while maintaining high product reliability. Hsinchu, Taiwan – March 18, 2025 – The NuMicro® M2A23 series is a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M23 microcontroller launched by Nuvoton, designed to meet the demanding requirements of automotive and industrial control. It can withstand environmental temperatures of up to 125°C and operates within a wide voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, featuring three CAN FD interfaces and a LLSI interface. This makes it highly suitable for various in-vehicle CAN signal modules and interior/ exterior lighting control applications.
