KA44171A 是內嵌 PWM Soft-Switching 功能，通過在相位切換時馬達電流的軟切換，實現了單相馬達靜音高效驅動的 IC。搭載了對應 PWM，DC 輸入的 Pre-Driver，而且工作電壓範圍大，可以適合多種功率 MOS。KA44171A 搭載了優化高轉速馬達性能的"APRaS (Advanced Phase and Rapid Soft switching)"功能。適用於輸入電壓 12/24V 以及 48V 的數據中心，基站等工業機器，以及 自動化工廠機器（高轉速 FAN 馬達 ~ 100 krpm）
