車載應用中的高品質、高效能音頻CODEC解決方案
新唐科技在智能車載應用市場上進行全方位佈局,深入車載音頻多樣化應用場景,持續推出音頻新產品及解決方案,並發布高性能指標的音頻CODEC與DAC新品。
隨著汽車電子進入「智能座艙」時代,汽車智能化趨勢成為行業熱點,車載應用對音頻產品技術提供商提出越來越高的功能要求。
新唐科技的CODEC產品路線圖如下:

新唐科技嚴格執行汽車行業規範標準,為車載應用提供符合AEC-Q100認證的產品,同時車規級與工規級物料可進行P2P互換。車規級音頻編解碼晶片包括立體聲(NAU88U22)和單聲道(NAU88U10)兩款型號。
在車載系統中常見的T-BOX(eCall)應用中,新唐科技提供的高信噪比多功能CODEC型號,除了滿足音頻ADC/DAC編解碼需求,還內建特定功能的DSP,支援PCM和I2S介面,最高採樣頻率可達48KHz。
進入智能座艙時代,隨著「3D音效」和「沉浸式音效」需求的快速提升,進一步展示了汽車廠商在硬體與軟體領域的實力。因此,從應用角度來看,加強對關鍵元件的選擇(例如:音頻編解碼、音頻功放、音頻DSP等)顯得尤為重要。
在智能座艙中,拾音、行車記錄器、語音識別、聽聲辨位及降噪處理等應用需要將模擬MIC信號轉換為數字訊息,再提供給音效處理單元或車載SOC。在這些應用中,對信噪比和音頻採樣頻率的要求極高;新唐科技可提供多款高性價比的工規及車規型號。其中,廣受關注的型號NAU85L40B,具有多路ADC通道,支援多路復用(TDM)PCM輸出,並採用QFN28L封裝。
在車載前裝應用中,常將SOC或DSP輸出的數字信號轉換為模擬信號,供後端模擬功放使用;而在車載後裝應用中,則常見將數字信號轉換為模擬信號以改裝音箱。這類應用通常會根據後端模擬功放的通道數來決定前端DAC的通道配置。NAU8421為24位立體聲DAC,具有高信噪比128dB,並採用QFN32封裝。
