Nuvoton Technology Holds Investor Conference for the Fourth Quarter of 2024
Nuvoton Technology Corporation (TSE: 4919) held a virtual investor conference today (February 18th) to announce 4Q’24 operating results and outlook. The consolidated revenue in 4Q’24 was around NT$ 7.270 billion, net loss after tax was around NT$ 62 million and loss per share after tax was NT$ 0.15.
Nuvoton continuously cultivated our main product lines in target areas in 4Q’24. With respect to “Automotive and Industrial” sector, we had the design-win of a motor driver IC for 5G Base Transceiver Station to Japanese customer and the design-in of a motor driver IC for heated and cooled vehicle seat to an American customer. Furthermore, we launched the free Arm® Keil® MDK Nuvoton Edition to enhance developer efficiency, and our low-power MCU M2L31 series with built-in ReRAM memory has been honored with the 2024 EE Awards Asia - Product Award (Taiwan), receiving the title "Best MCU/Driver IC of the Year“. In the “Computer” sector, we launched a M-PESTI (Modular-Peripheral Sideband Tunneling Interface) chip, which had passed Intel’s validation. Additionally, our achievements in the “Consumer” sector included the design-in of the Arm® Cortex® M7 core inverter MCU for heat pump to a new Turkish customer and the design-in of the Arm® Cortex® M7 core inverter MCU for new commercial air conditioner to our Korean customer.
Looking ahead, we will actively optimize R&D resource allocation with a focus on AI and related applications. Through product innovation, performance enhancement, and application expansion, we aim to meet market demands and drive stable business growth.
