NuMaker-X-M55M1D

M55M1 Series

The M55M1 series microcontrollers feature an Arm® Cortex®-M55 core running at up to 220 MHz, equipped with Arm® Helium™ DSP technology for enhanced digital signal processing capabilities and the Arm® Ethos™-U55 microNPU to accelerate machine learning inference at the edge. These MCUs integrate up to 2 MB of Flash Memory and 1.5 MB of SRAM, and support the HYPERBUS™ interface for external memory expansion. Operating at voltages from 1.7V to 3.6V and temperatures from -40°C to +105°C, the M55M1 series is well-suited for demanding industrial environments.
They are ideal for compute-intensive embedded applications such as real-time signal processing, advanced machine learning, high-performance control systems, sensor fusion, smart factory automation, medical devices, and communication systems.

NuMaker-X-M55M1D Development Board

The NuMaker-X-M55M1D is a development platform built around the NuMicro® M55M1 series microcontroller. It consists of three modules: the NuMaker-X-M55M1 target board, the NuMaker-TFT-LCD5 V1.2 display module, and the CMOS-720P V1.0 camera module. The board integrates essential system components and rich peripheral interfaces to facilitate system design, rapid prototyping, and evaluation of machine learning applications.

The NuMaker-X-M55M1 target board features Arduino UNO-compatible headers, multiple GPIOs, I2C, UART, SPI, and other common communication interfaces. It also supports the NuMaker-TFT-LCD module for developing human-machine interface applications. The onboard Nu-Link2-Me debugger/programmer supports both online and offline programming via the SWD interface, provides a virtual COM port (VCOM) for debug message output, and includes status LEDs to indicate programming progress. Nu-Link2-Me is detachable and can be used as a standalone mass-production programmer.
