M031BT dual mode gaming mouse solution

This case for implement BLE5.0 and 2.4G dual mode gaming mouse solution with Nuvoton M031BT series.

Compare to Bluetooth 4.2 LE, BLE5.0 offer faster speed with format having 2Mbps, 4 times range for transmission and lower power consumption which make all these benefit for IoT, smart home and Bluetooth keyboard and mouse application. For M031BT series, the BLE feature can meet the office need for general Bluetooth mouse, as the gaming player may require higher data transmission rate which also can development with M031BT series via 2.4G proprietary to accomplish the data transmission rate requirement.
