Can the user view the register and variable updates during program free run in Debug mode under the Keil development environment?  Issue Date:2015-07-09

Since Nu-Link Driver for Keil RVMDK V1.27.6340, the user can open the Nu_Link_Driver.ini file in the project folder, and find the corresponding chip series. For example, if the NUC230_240 series is used, look for [NUC2xx] in the Nu_Link_Driver.ini file, and add MemAccessWhileRun = 1 below [NUC2xx], as shown below.

The following table lists search keywords for each of the NuMicro® series.

Keyword  NuMicro® Series
 NUC1XX  NUC100, NUC120, NUC122, NUC123, NUC130, NUC131, NUC140
 NUC2XX  NUC200, NUC220, NUC230, NUC240
 NUC4XX  NUC442, NUC472
 M05X  M051
 Mini51  Mini51, Mini58
 Nano100  Nano100, Nano102, Nano110, Nano112, Nano120, Nano130
 M451  M451, M451M, M452, M453
 NUC505  NUC505
 NUC029  NUC029
 M0518  M0518
 M0519  M0519

After entering the Debug mode again, invoke "View" on the toolbar, and then select the "Periodic Window Update" under the pull-down menu.

After completing the above steps, the user is able to view the register and variable updates with the frequency of 500 ms during program free run.
