The instruction set is fully compatible with the standard 80C51 and performance enhanced. It supports 16/24 MHz core speed and features up to 64 KB of Flash Memory, 256 bytes of RAM and 4 KB of auxiliary RAM (XRAM), 4 KB of Flash loader memory (LDROM), 2.4V to 5.5V operating voltage, and -40°C to +105°C operating temperature. The NuMicro® CM1003 series also provides plenty of peripherals including four 16-bit Timers, two UARTs with frame error detection and automatic address recognition, three ISO 7816-3 interfaces, one SPI, one I²C, 12 channels of PWM, and 15-channel 12-bit 500 kSPS ksps ADC with continuous mode. The peripherals are equipped with 24 sources with 4-level-priority interrupts capability.

NuMicro® M2354 is an Arm® TrustZone® microcontroller based on the Armv8-M architecture and powered by the Arm® Cortex-M23® CPU, designed to enhance IoT security. It is suitable for long-term confidentiality requirements and highly sensitive data protection scenarios. The M2354 operates at frequencies up to 96 MHz, offers a wide operating voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V, and a broad operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. It is based on 1T 8051 core, embedded 64 KB flash, and 4 KB SRAM. It runs less than 100 µA/MHz in normal run mode for low power operation, and the power-down current is below 2 µA with an LCD panel display. NuMicro ML56 series runs up to 24 MHz, operating from 1.8V to 3.6V and -40°C to 105°C. With up to 14 channels of touch keys and 224 dots of LCD driver, it can fulfill the user interface of the smart family and surveillance system of IIoT application, which requires user interface and cares about power consumption.
