NuMicro® CM2053EL8AE是基于Arm® Cortex®-M23 内核的 32 位5V微控制器产品,支持 Armv8-M 指令集,工作频率48 MHz,内建 128 KB 闪存 及 16 KB SRAM,工作电压 1.75V 至 5.5V ,工作温度范围在-40℃ 至 +105℃ 。 CM2053EL8AE内置无须外挂晶振的USB 2.0 全速设备接口。支持 17 个可配置端点 (Endpoint),可配置为最高 5 个虚拟传输通道 (VCOM),每个端点可以配置为双向或是单向传输模式,支持等时 (Isochronous) 、批量(Bulk)、中断 (Interrupt) 与控制 (Control) 等 4 种传输类型,内建 11 KB SRAM 作数据缓冲区 (Buffer)。 CM2053EL8AE内置一组 CAN FD (CAN with Flexible Data Rate)接口,单包支持64 data bytes,兼容 CAN protocol version 2.0 part A, B 并符合 ISO 11898-1: 2015 标准,可以满足汽车或工业自动化应用的高带宽与数据传输率灵活性的需求。 CM2053EL8AE支持丰富的周边接口,如定时器、看门狗定时器、PDMA、五组 UART、两组 I²C、一组 SPI/I²S、USCI (通用串行接口)与 6 路 16 位 PWM。CM2053 系列五组 UART (支持 RS-485 与 IrDA 模式),其中 4 组 UART 的传送与接收端双向带有 16 byte FIFO 深度,具备 Flow Control 与 PDMA 模式,支持不需 CPU 介入持续接收数据的功能。CM2053EL8AE同时整合高性能模拟周边,包含 12 路12 位 730 ksps 采样率 ADC、温度传感器 等,有效降低对外部器件的需求。 CM2053EL8AE封装型式采用LQFP48 ( 7 mm x 7 mm ) ,与NuMicro® M23内核的同封装型式MCU产品脚位兼容。 开发系统与环境方面,提供 NuMaker 评估板和 Nu-Link 以及 Nu-Link-2-Pro 调试器。支持多款第三方IDE,如 IAR EWARM, Keil MDK 以及带 GNU GCC 编译程序的

NT-I915 board is the specific development tool for ISD91500 series. User can use this evaluation board to develop and verify the application program easily. NT-I915 board uses the I91535H02DI as the target microcontroller. Figure shows the NT-I915 board. The NT-I915 board consists of I91535H02DI , one user push buttons, 12 MHz XTAL, on board microphone, headphone jack, USB connector, connectors and other application parts. The NT-I941A is an evaluation board for Nuvoton ISD941A00 series microcontrollers. The NT-I941A is designed for project evaluation, prototype development and validation with power consumption monitoring function. The NT-I941A is based on I941A24SDI. For the development flexibility, NT-I941A provides the extension connectors, the capability of adopting multiple power supplies, that can measure the power consumption instantly, which is essential for the prototype evaluation.
