Hsinchu, Taiwan – June 8th, 2011 – Nuvoton announced the launch of the new 32-bit Cortex™-M0 microcontroller NUC122 series with the lowest power consumption and built-in USB Full Speed 2.0 devices. The NUC122 series bases on ARM® Cortex™-M0 low power and high speed CPU and provides a powerful USB communication and data processing capabilities. The NUC122 series is ideal for consumer electronics, industrial control, security, and communication system applications. The NUC122 series features 60MHz high speed and supports 32-bit multiplier, nested vector interrupt control structure NVIC, dual-channel APB and the peripheral direct memory access PDMA. In addition, it equipped with flash memory ranging from 32K to 64K Bytes, SRAM from 4K to 8K Bytes, high-performance communications peripherals UART, SPI, I2C, USB 2.0 FS device, and low-voltage reset function. Its timer functions include pulse-width modulation PWM, capture and compare functions.

The NuMaker-M0A23EC is a development board for Nuvoton NuMicro® M0A21/M0A23 series microcontrollers. The NuMaker-M0A23EC consists of two parts: a M0A21/M0A23 platform and an on-board Nu-Link2-Me debugger and programmer. The NuMaker-M0A23EC is designed for industrial and automotive control application evaluation, prototype development and validation with power consumption monitoring function.
