MA35D1 Series The NuMicro® MA35D1 series is a heterogeneous multi-core microprocessor targeted to high-end edge IIoT gateway. It is based on dual 64-bit Arm® Cortex®-A35 cores with speed up to 800 MHz, and one 180 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 core. Based on the high-performance cores, the MA35D1 series facilitates Tiny AI/ML for edge computing. The MA35D1 supports 16-bit DDR2 and DDR3/ DDR3L SDRAM. For an easy system design and manufacture, the MA35D1 series also offers LQFP and BGA packages stacked with the DDR2/DDR3L SDRAM and density up to 512 MB, which significantly reduces PCB layer, size and electromagnetic interference (EMI). The MA35D1 series is a trusted system for IoT products' security requirements. It includes several advanced security mechanisms such as Nuvoton Trusted Secure Island (TSI), an isolated secure hardware unit, TrustZone®, secure boot, tamper-detection, built-in cryptographic accelerators, and a TRNG, as well as Key Store and OTP memory.

The NuMaker-M032KI development board consists of two parts, a M032KIAAE platform and an on-board Nu-Link2-Me debugger and programmer. The NuMaker-M032KI allows users to quickly develop and easily program and debug application. The NuMaker-M032KI offers M032KIAAE full pins extension connectors, Arduino UNO compatible extension connectors and diversified power supply option. It is an easy-to-develop platform for user to expand the functionality and build the applications. The NuMaker-M032KI also provides an ammeter connector, allowing user to monitor the microcontroller’s power consumption during development. The Nu-Link2-Me is a debugger and programmer that supports on-line programming and debugging through SWD interface. The on-board 16 Mbit SPI Flash allows it able tooff-line program the target microcontroller. The Nu-Link2-Me is also a USB mass storage device for drag-and-drop programming of the target microcontroller. Additionally, the Nu-Link2-Me provides virtual COM port (VCOM)

NuMaker HMI N9H Series Nuvoton offers the HMI platform which is embedded with Nuvoton N9H MPU. The N9H26 series with ARM926EJ-S core can operate at up to 240 MHz. It integrated TFT-LCD display controller, 2D graphics accelerator, H.264 and JPEG codec, supporting resolution up to 1024 x 768 pixels in parallel port, and the color depth up to 16.7 million colors ( 24-bit ) LCD screen output to deliver gorgeous display effects. It also offers built-in H.264 video decoder and voice decoder, which can streamline the peripheral circuits of HMI applications with sound playback. In addition, it embedded up to 64 MB DDR SDRAM, along with ample hardware storage and computing space for excellent design flexibility.
