NuMicro M487 supports high speed SPI ( 96 MHz ) interface to store up to 32 MB GUI image into external SPI Flash. For connecting with TFT LCD, there are two choices by either using SPI interface or EBI interface, which supports 16-bit i80 mode TFT LCD with up to 320x240 resolution. Not Recommended for New Design (NRND) Recommended Part Number : NuMaker-HMI-N9H26 NuMaker emWin N9H Series Nuvoton offers the emWin platform which is embedded with Nuvoton N9H MPU, it provides complete HMI solutions which are further enhanced by the emWin software, supporting resolution up to 1024x768 pixels. The N9H series with ARM926EJ-S core can operate at up to 300 MHz and can drive up to 1024x768 pixels in parallel port. It integrated TFT LCD controller and 2D graphics accelerator, up to 16 million colors ( 24-bit ) LCD screen output, and provides high resolution and high chroma to deliver gorgeous display effects. To play compressed video in HMI screens smoothly, the N9H series is equipped with H.264 video decompression engine. It also offers built-in voice decoder, which can streamline the peripheral circuits of HMI applications with sound playback. The NuMicro® MA35H0 series is a high-performance microprocessor specifically designed for industrial HMI applications. It is based on dual 64/32-bit Arm® Cortex®-A35 cores. The high-performance cores run up to 650 MHz and include 32/32 KB I/D L1 cache for each core, along with a 512 KB shared L2 cache. The MA35H0 series supports secure booting from four modes, USB, SD/eMMC, NAND, and SPI Flash (SPI NOR/SPI NAND). For an easy system design and manufacturing, the MA35H0 offers LQFP package stacked with a 128 MB DDR SDRAM, which significantly reduces PCB layer, size, and electromagnetic interference (EMI).
