NuEzAI-M55M1 is a development board equipped with NuMicro® M55M1 series microcontroller, offering powerful digital signal processing and on-device machine learning inference capabilities. Powered by Arm® Cortex®-M55 core, M55M1 microcontroller runs at a frequency of up to 220 MHz. Additionally, integrates Arm® Ethos™-U55 Neural Processing Unit (NPU) as a coprocessor, significantly enhancing neural network computation performance. The M55M1 series MCU features up to 1.5 MB of SRAM and 2 MB of flash memory, providing ample storage for applications.

The NuEzAI-M55M1 development board offers a wide range of hardware expansion options, including CCAP, DMIC, G-Sensor, HSUSB Type-C, HyperRAM, Nu-Link2-Me, MicroSD, and an Arduino-compatible expansion interface, allowing users to customize functionality as needed.

To lower the barrier for AI development, the NuEzAI-M55M1 board does not require users to have AI expertise. Even those without machine learning experience can easily get started. Its no-code environment allows users to update the firmware through simple drag-and-drop operations, eliminating the need for code writing and making the development process more intuitive and efficient.

Furthermore, the NuEzAI-M55M1 board requires no driver installation and seamlessly integrates with the Google Teachable Machine platform, further simplifying the AI model deployment process. Google Teachable Machine is an intuitive, no-code, visual platform that enables users to easily train and export models. The NuMicro® M55M1 series microcontrollers stand out for their exceptional performance in digital signal processing and in-device machine learning inference. They are equipped with an Arm® Cortex®-M55 processor running up to 200 MHz. In addition to the Cortex-M55 core, they integrate an Arm® Ethos®-U55 Neural Processing Unit (NPU) as a coprocessor for accelerating neural network operations. The M55M1 series MCU has up to 1.5 MB of SRAM and 2 MB of flash memory for on-chip storage and adopts OctoSPI and HyperBus interfaces to support the expansion of RAM and flash memory capacity. It supports a low power supply voltage range from 1.6V to 3.6V and can operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.

The M55M1 microcontroller possesses abundant computational resources, including DSP extensions, vector extensions, FPU, and NN accelerator, as well as up to 1.5 MB of SRAM and 2 MB of flash memory, making it an ideal choice for embedded applications. It is particularly suitable for processing-intensive workloads such as audio, communications, digital signal processing, machine learning, sensor fusion, and motor control.

Security is another key feature of the M55M1 series. It supports secure boot, TrustZone, TRNG, key storage, cryptographic accelerators, tamper detection, and PSA-level3 compliance, significantly enhancing the security and integrity of systems built with the M55M1.

In terms of analog and control functions, the M55M1 series features 2 sets of 12-bit 5MSPS SAR ADC, 2 sets of 12-bit 1MSPS buffered DAC, 4 analog comparators, 1 built-in temperature sensor, 1 internal voltage reference module, up to 24-channel 200 MHz PWM output, 4 QEI, and 4 input capture units.

The M55M1 series also offers a rich set of communication and peripheral interfaces, including Universal Serial Control Interface (USCI) configurable as UART/SPI/I2C, with up to 10 sets of UART, 4 sets of SPI/I2S, 4 sets of I2C, 2 sets of CAN FD, 2 sets of QSPI, 1 USB 2.0 high-speed OTG/host/device, 1 USB 2.0 full-speed OTG/host/device, 1 10/100 Ethernet MAC with RMII, 1 8-bit parallel camera interface (CCAP), 2 PDM with internal filters, and 2 SDIO.

The NuMaker-HMI-MA35D1-S1 development board, equipped with the NuMicro® MA35D1 series microprocessor and the Linux operating system, is currently the fastest microprocessor unit (MPU) by Nuvoton.

The MA35D1 series is a heterogeneous multicore microprocessor suitable for high-end Edge IIoT Gateways. It is based on a dual-core 64-bit Arm® Cortex®-A35 core, capable of running up to 800 MHz and equipped with a 180 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 core. With these high-performance cores, the MA35D1 series aids in Tiny AI/ML edge computing.

The NuMaker-IoT-M467 development board is another development platform based on the NuMicro® M467 Ethernet/Crypto series microcontroller (MCU).

Beyond its core functionalities, the M467 series supports a wealth of peripherals, including Ethernet 10/100 MAC, hardware encryption and decryption engine, hardware Key Store, True Random Number Generator (TRNG), audio PLL, HyperBus interface, 4 sets of CAN FD, 1 set of USB high-speed OTG, 1 set of USB full-speed OTG, up to 24 channels of 16-bit PWM output, 10 sets of UART, 4 sets of SPI/I2S, 2 sets of Quad-SPI, 5 sets of I²C, and a real-time clock (RTC).

The NuMaker-HMI-M467 development board, equipped with NuMicro® M467 Ethernet/Crypto series microcontroller (MCU), is the latest MCU launched by Nuvoton Technology.

The M467 series is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4F core, with a built-in DSP instruction set and a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU), making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including IoT gateways, industrial control, telecommunications, and data centers.

To meet the growing functional requirements of smart home appliances, the M467 series features up to 1024 KB of dual-bank programmable memory for program storage and 512 KB of SRAM. This allows it to easily handle image and audio data and implement various sensor-related machine learning applications.

Equipped with an EBI (External Bus Interface) display interface, the NuMaker-HMI-M467 can directly present processing results on an LCD screen, offering users an intuitive and efficient display method.
